The ADHD Unfiltered Podcast
@cherry.adhd

Hi it’s Cherry (@cherry.adhd) and Emma (@mindovermatterwithemma)!

We are both Mums with ADHD, with a healthcare and coaching background and now we jointly have a podcast all about ADHD and things related to being a parent with ADHD. This channel is there to raise awareness of ADHD and parenting with ADHD.

It’s here to make you feel less alone, to help spread information, learn tools and strategies and most importantly to make you feel better by showing the ups and downs.

We create a safe space and community for Neurodivergent adults and parents through our shorts and podcast episodes.
